trying to understand what they are saying can be hard. So I’ve put together a
Couponin Ling List to help you talk coupons like a true couponer.
BLINKIE – Coupons in a blinking red box near the product
BOGO - Buy One Get One
CAT – (Catalina) Coupons that are dispensed at the register
at the time of purchase
IP – Coupons printed from the internet
MFR or MFG – Manufacture
MQ – Manufacture Coupon
ONYO or OYNO – On your next order
OPP – Out of pocket
P&G – Procter & Gamble (an insert in the Sunday paper)
PEELIE – Coupon found on the package of a product
Q – Coupon
Rain Check – When a store is out of an item get a rain check
to take advantage of that sale
item at a later date
RP – Red Plum (an insert in the Sunday paper)
S or SS – SmartSource
UPC – An items barcode
ECB – Extra Care Bucks
DG – Dollar General
WYB – When You Buy
WSL – While Supplies Last
YMMV – You Manager May Vary
